返品交換の手順

STEP 1: Return the Item

Please send the item back to us along with the following:

       ・The product
　　・All enclosed documents (such as the order details sheet)
　　・Product tags

Return Shipping:

　　・Please ship the return prepaid (at your own expense).
　　・You may use any courier of your choice.
　　・If the return is sent cash on delivery (COD), we will charge you for the cost.

Packing:

　　・When returning the item, please fold it carefully to avoid any damage or stress on the product.

STEP 2: Confirmation of Arrival

Once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it is in acceptable condition, we will proceed with either an exchange or a refund.
　　・Exchange: We will send you the replacement item.
　　・Refund:

　　Refunds will be processed to the account or card used for the original purchase.
　　The refund process will be completed within 3–4 business days after the item arrives.
　　The refunded amount will be the total paid minus bank transfer fees, shipping charges, and cash-on-delivery handling fees.
