Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At the SEUVAS site, customers may return or exchange purchased items for personal reasons.
Please complete both the return/exchange request form and the return shipment within 8 days of receiving the product.
In the case of a return, we will refund only the product price.
If the item is returned by cash on delivery or if customs duties are incurred, the refund will be made after deducting the cash-on-delivery shipping fee.
If the size doesn’t fit, or if the product is different from your image
・Returns are accepted only within 8 days after receipt.
・Please submit your request via the return/exchange form
・Return shipping costs for customer convenience are borne by the customer.
・The original shipping fee from our company cannot be refunded.
>For exchanges, the re-shipping fee will be as follows:
・Within Japan → Free
・Asia → Flat rate ¥2,000
・Other regions → Flat rate ¥3,000
・Remote areas (DHL shipping cost over ¥7,000) → Additional charges apply
If there is a problem with the product
If the delivered item is defective or different from what you ordered, we will promptly arrange for a return or exchange upon your request.
Please complete the return/exchange request form within 7 days of receiving the item.
After your request is processed, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Conditions under which returns/exchanges are NOT accepted
・If the return/exchange request is not made within 7 days of receipt
・If the product shows signs of use, damage, or stains
・If tags or accessories are missing
・If the product is returned using a method other than that specified by us
・If purchased with non-returnable coupons or under special conditions
・If the product page or campaign page specifically states "non-returnable"
Products that cannot be returned or exchanged
・Items returned after the allowed period
・Missing or damaged tags, packaging, buttons, or other accessories
・Items that have been hemmed, altered, or tailored
・Used items
・Washed items
・Items damaged, scratched, or stained after arrival at the customer’s location
